Quicken Loans - Take Out Loan Program

In an effort to provide solutions to AFG Investor Borrowers, and their end user Buyers, AFG has formed an exclusive alliance with Quicken Loans to create a customized take out loan program. This program has been carefully designed for the special needs of AFG's Investor Borrowers and their end user Buyers, and is only being offered by Quicken Loans through AFG. The program contains custom tailored loan underwriting procedures that take into consider the challenges faced by Investors who are finding it increasingly difficult to obtain take out financing in the current marketplace. In addition to this, priority status and special review will be given to all loans submitted by the AFG Borrowers for investment properties, and their end user Buyers who apply for their Owner Occupied, primary residence loans through this program.

In addition to customized underwriting, Quicken has created a dedicated team of people who have been instructed to give priority status and special consideration to any loan applications affiliated with AFG. This should improve the percentages of loan approval, and expedite the funding process.
